well u know.. i'm sort of buzy these few days..
course registration.. 2nd test.. and all sort of stupid things tat bumped into this very difficult time of mine..
agh.. feel hanging myself ... and *blek* juz like a dead man..
i really wanna get through this....
i juz want a miracle...... can i?
juz cant stop worrying.. too much to worry...
for those u know who u are.. u know wad is it...
things are driving me crazy now..
can i just skip or.. probably fast forward my life time juz to jump over this period of time?

Alive again

aft awhile of time.. finally this blog is alive again..

and i come back with this dono-accurate-o-not body result..

it states here that my body weight is within the range ~ hurray..

haha please don say me underweight again ah..

and er.. i need to gain many many muscle...

tat's mean i have to play badminton tian tian izit??

but all in all , my fitness score is nt bad lah..
